We draw inspiration from our rich, region-centric culinary practices and Ayurveda principles.

Baked food is convenience food. It can be stored and transported easily and has good shelf-life.

We have focused on the process of baking to create tasty, healthy, and nutritious products. We try to adhere to Shadrasa principle of Ayurveda while developing a recipe.

Ayurveda suggests that food consumption should be in moderation. To initiate moderate consumption, we have kept Satiation Points of our products moderate.


Development Process

We study the ingredients used in our traditional recipes. We then formulate processes to make baked goods that incorporate elements from our traditional recipes. We decide on the Texture Taste and form of product based on the ingredients and application of product. Textures likeCrispy, Crunchy, Smooth, Spongyetc.are attributed to the product. Once this decision is made, form of product like bread, cookie, thin chips or cake etc is finalized. Then comes the production process. We create Standard Operating Proceduresand very strictly follow that to maintain quality


Innovative Products

We have wheat toast that contains malt, milk, and elaichi. We have two variants of Millet Rusk, one with sugar and the other without added sugar. Both varieties contain wheat, jowar, bajara, and ragi—all local grains. We also offer Kaju Coconut & Suji Rusk. Our most satisfying product is the Poornanna Biscuit, based on Ayurvedic principles and serving as a health tonic. The fundamental concept is that the body heals itself, and our nutrition should provide the necessary correctional elements. Poornanna Biscuit is beneficial for all age groups, aligning with the Ayurvedic belief that food is medicine. By incorporating traditional ingredients and Ayurvedic principles, we strive to offer baked goods that are not only convenient but also enhance overall well-being.
